Starting therapy is a personal decision—and it’s totally normal to have questions. Many people wonder: Is my issue “big enough” for therapy? What if I don’t know what to say? Will therapy even help?

At OntarioTherapy.org, we believe therapy can benefit anyone who wants to grow, heal, or better understand themselves. You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support. In fact, therapy is often most effective when used proactively.
